Criteria for Referral

Potential P.A.C.E. Supported Housing tenants must:

  • Have been seen and referred by Single Point of Entry based at The Council House
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Be willing to cooperate with support from P.A.C.E.
  • Have a local connection to Derby identified by Single point of Entry
  • Be in receipt of benefits
  • Be eligible for housing benefit

Whether they have mental health, drug and alcohol problems or a long history of criminal convictions, as long as they want to engage in support to help them move forward then we WILL provide the opportunities.

All referrals must come through single point of entry based at The Council House.

If you are over 18 (or under 18 but with the Leaving Care team) with no dependants and wish to discuss a referral to PACE, please Contact the Single Point of Entry Team (Derby City Council’s homelessness Team) on 01332 640085 – you will be given advice on what to do next.
